Prices and lead times on a Sublivio quote are estimates until confirmed in writing. A quote is not an order. Production starts only after specs, quantities, artwork, and commercial terms are agreed.

2. No retail checkout
This website does not sell finished goods at retail. Cart and checkout pages redirect to the quote form. Binding work is handled offline after quotation.
3. Artwork and samples
You confirm you have rights to logos and designs you send. Custom programs typically include a sample or strike-off stage before bulk production.
4. Production and changes
Changes after approval may affect price and lead time. We manufacture to the signed-off spec. Excess or shortage within normal apparel industry tolerances may apply.
5. Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk and title follow the Incoterms stated on the order confirmation. Worldwide shipping is available and quoted per shipment.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed manufacturing order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Governing law will be stated on the order confirmation.
